About me

I have worked with individuals, couples, and parents who have conflicts with their children since 1994. I also took further training in the field of cancer and other life threatening diseases.


I started working in the Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust in the year 2000 with patients and their carers.


I later became a Specialist Counsellor there, seeing patients with cancer and other life threatening conditions. I see families and their support network.

I work with many bereaved people and have lectured on the topic.

My location

I have been a practising counsellor and couple therapist for people in Golders Green, North West London,( within easy reach reach of Hampstead, St John's Wood, Hendon, Brent Cross, Bushey, Stanmore) for over 25 years and am committed to providing counselling and couple therapy in a safe, strictly confidential and non-judgemental environment. I will listen carefully and patiently to you.


As well as working in private practice, I have been a Specialist Counsellor in the Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust for over 20 years, with patients with critical life threatening conditions, and their families, as well as bereaved people.


My counselling/therapy room is easily accessible, very near Brent Cross Shopping Centre. If you live in Hampstead or Hendon I am only five to ten minutes away.

Fees & availability

I have found that one hour is a good length of time to talk, reflect and think. Sometimes couples prefer 90 minutes (one and a half hour).

I charge £75 per hour with a reduction in case of need. Each case will be judged on its own merit.

My clients have found that payment by bank transfer is the easiest method.


I require 48 hours' cancellation notice, otherwise the full fee applies.

I work in French as well as in English.

Can I speak on the phone rather than see you in person?

I am happy to work with you on the phone.

How about Zoom or Facetime?

That is not a problem, if you prefer to work that way.

How much will it cost?

I charge £75 per hour with a reduction in case of need. Each case will be judged on its own merit.

Will my health insurance pay?

I am approved by most health insurance companies. If your level of cover allows it, you can recover the fees of the counselling sessions. In some cases the insurance company will pay me directly. Please contact your insurance to see if you qualify.

Where will I see you?

I have a discreet and comfortable counselling room within easy reach of Brent Cross tube station (Northern Line) and buses 83,183,210 and 240. It is a very short drive from Brent Cross Shopping Centre. If you choose to come by car, there is ample free parking space.

When can I see you?

I can see you most days of the week, as well as Sundays. I have some vacant slots in the early morning and early evening too.
